
No Cooking – Peanut Butter Cups
A sweet as sin dessert in small bites! The best part? It has the amazing crunch and taste of Vintage Tales Intense Jaggery peanut butter!
Ingredients
- Mini muffin cups – 10
- Dark chocolate – 1 cup
- Intense Jaggery Peanut butter – 5 scoops (10 mini scoops)
Recipe
- Chop the dark chocolate and put equal amounts into 2 separate bowls and cover both bowls with a lid
- Place the chocolate bowls inside another bowl of warm water to melt the chocolate. The water should not be too hot or the chocolate with seize.
- While the chocolate is melting, lay out the paper mini muffin cups on a tray
- Take the first bowl of melted chocolate and spoon some into each mini cup. Refrigerate for 10 minutes
- Pull out the tray and top each cup with Vintage Tales Intense Jaggery Peanut Butter
- Put chocolate from the remaining bowl on the peanut butter and refrigerate for 30 mins
- Voila – your peanut butter cups are ready
